President of Transitional Sovereignty Council Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan has affirmed the importance of supporting service and development projects and working towards maintaining security and political stability in Red Sea State.
This came when Al-Burhan met today at the Republican Palace with Red Sea delegation headed by Wali (governor) of the state Abdullah Shangrawi Ohaj. Al-Burhn assured the importance of completing the structure of Removal Empowering and Appeals Committees besides the legislative and executive councils.
Moreover, Al- Burhan stressed the importance of achieving social peace and coexistence in the state. Ohaj on his part explained in a press statement that the meeting reviewed the security situation and the development process in the state.
The Wali added that they submitted a memorandum to TSC Pesident including demands such as solving water supply to Red sea state via River Nile, completion of Kelinai thermal station and involving sons of the state to hold constitutional positions.
