Khartoum, March 17 (SUNA) – The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdul- Fattah Al Burhan and the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk will address the first sitting of the International Partners and Donors Conference which will rake place in Paris next May.
Minister of Investment and International Cooperation, Dr. Al – Hadi Mohamed Ibrahim said in a press statement that the first day of the conference which last for two days, would be devoted for Sudan and the second day for rest of the African countries , pointing out that the government at all levels, us embarking on preparation for the conference.
He added that Gen. Al Burhan and Dr. Hamdouk will cast light in their speeches on issues related to economic crisis and the way-out according to the vision of the transitional government along with affirmation on strength of partnership between components of the transitional government, besides assuring the conferees on seriousness of the government to remove all distortions obstructed progress of the economy.
The Minister of Investment further added that Sudan’s Day includes two sitting the first one with organizations and donor countries and the second sitting will be about investment in Sudan.
The Minister pointed out that Sudan would address the conference with methodological vision refuting all previous negative vision that did not differ between investment partners and the international donors , adding that the defunct regime did not differ between partners who clear investment vision and what donors want in order to write off debts.
