Khartoum, Oct. 13.(SUNA)- Undersecretary of Ministry of Animal Resources Dr. Amal Al-Mahi discussed today at her office in the Ministry ,the general structure of value chain project of animal resources sector with World Bank delegation headed by European Union representative to Sudan.
The project would be funded in the framework of Sudanese –European partnership.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry pointed out that the meeting discussed a number of development projects to get informed about the resources, determines grazing passages and improving their environment, providing veterinary services ,organizing quarantines , markets and the ability of producers in the field of dairy products and meat processing.
.On her part, the head of the delegation underscored that European Union is concerned on supporting projects in Sudan saying, Sudan is one of world’s competent countries in achieving successful development projects.
She stressed readiness of continued coordination and cooperation with Sudan to ease obstacles facing the implementation of the development projects.
