Senja, May 15 (SUNA) – The Arab Traffic Week kicked off in Sennar State today, under the theme of “Safe and Stable Traffic Movement”, in the presence of Acting Wali (Governor) of the State Al-Alim Ibrahim Al-Nour and other senior relevant government officials.
The program started with honoring driver Mohamed Salim as a model driver and honoring the governor by the Traffic Administration.
In a statement to SUNA, the Director of Traffic Police Department in Sennar State, Colonel Hatim Mohamed Zayed, underlined that the celebration’s program includes a package of procedures and precautious to enhance safety of road users, pointing out that the Arab Traffic Week aims to accomplish the safety, raise citizen’s awareness and provide a conducive environment for the safety of road users.
