Damazin, Oct. 3 (SUNA) – The Blue Nile region started today celebrations on the occasion of the first anniversary of the signing of Juba Agreement for Peace in Sudan, with a military parade launched from the command of the Fourth Infantry Division, with the participation of the Armed Forces, Police Forces, SPLA-N and the Rapid Support Forces.
The citizens of Damazin town expressed in interviews conducted by SUNA their joy on realization of peace, hoping that the coming period will witness implementation of the peace agreement on the ground, and that the region would enjoy the gains of autonomy.
