Khartoum, Oct.20 (SUNA)-Minister of Federal Government, Buthina Dinar received today at her office in the ministry the delegation of Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and Rule and discussed models of laws for governing the various regions in Sudan.
The minister and the visiting delegation stressed the importance of cooperation between the ministry and the foundation on providing specific constitutions models based on clear framework, besides offering various experiments in the related field and that Sudan could choose the appropriate model compatible with Juba peace agreement, transition issues and democratic transformation in Sudan.
The Minister affirmed seriousness of the ministry and the government to deal with all those who contribute to assist Sudanese people to achieve democratic transition.
Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule, Managing Director Prof. Rüdiger Wolfrum, on his part, said that his foundation works to help in issuance of permanent constitution based on rule of law through providing frameworks and basic policies to preserve internal peace in Sudan besides providing various experiment models.
