Khartoum, Sept. 28 (SUNA) – The court trying the perpetrators of June 30, 1989 coup today decided to rule on a request made by the defense committee coupled with a medical report from the National Medical Commission to the effect that Defendant Ahmed Hassan Al Fashashoya is not qualified to defend himself in its session of next Tuesday.
Meanwhile, defendant Nafie Ali Nafie also presented a plea to the court to adjourn its session for the absence of his lawyer, where the court accepted the request.
