Khartoum, Nov.29(SUNA)-Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council(TSC) and member of the Committee assigned to solve the issue of East Sudan Dr Abdul Bagi Abdul -Gadir Al Zubair met at the Republican Palace today with the Chairman of United People’s Front for Liberation and Justice, one of components of the Revolutionary Front, Al- Amin Daoud
Daoud said in a press statement that the meeting sought the possible ways and means of solving the issue and crisis of East Sudan within framework of the committee which was formed chaired by the TSC First Vice-President Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, referring to importance of drawing up a clear vision by the state for resolution of the crisis.
He noted that they presented to the TSC member their vision on resolution of the problem, affirming that the political and social consensus represents pillars of stability , security and peace in the country in general in East Sudan in particular.
The Chairman of United People’s Front for Liberation and Justice stressed importance of solving the issue of east Sudan by separating the political and social files , pointing to necessity of stakeholders of the East Sudan track facing the issues with courage and to sit together for reaching a consensus along with exerting concerted efforts by the sons of East Sudan to overcome this crisis.
Daoud commended efforts being made by the TSC First Vice-President Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo which crowned by signing the Juba Agreement for Peace in Sudan, renewing their confidence in his capabilities to solve the issue of East Sudan soon.
