Dr. Hamdouk Receives Sudanese film Director Saeed Hamed
Khartoum, Aug. 2 (SUNA) – The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk, received in his office Monday afternoon the renowned Sudanese film director Saeed Hamid, in the presence of the Minister of Culture and Information, Hamza Balloul.
The meeting dealt with the importance of benefiting from the environment of freedoms after the great revolution in the creative production in its various forms, with the aim of keeping pace with political change for a more profound cultural, conceptual and intellectual change and in a manner that serves the values of freedom of thought, conscience and criticism and in a way that supports the sustainability of peace and democracy.
The meeting also affirmed the importance of the return of the cinema role, the concern of the television with the dramatic productions and the provision of various channels for creators in a way that contributes to managing diversity in the country and introducing the Sudanese to themselves and their history and bringing them together with the aim of creating a strong nation.
