Dr. Hamdouk welcomes Troika and IGAD signing to Juba Peace Agreement
Khartoum, June 8 (SUNA) – Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk has welcomed the signing of the Troika and IGAD member-states to Juba Peace Agreement.
Dr. Hamdouk addressing the signing ceremony today’s evening at the Friendship Hall, called on peace partners to focus on mobilization of efforts to achieve peace, referring to the steps taken to make a success the democratic transition in the country.
He affirmed the transitional government commitment to continue peace efforts to realize the comprehensive peace by holding free and transparent elections, appreciating the partners, the Gulf States, the EU and the Troika for supporting Sudan and the peaceful process to maintain stability in the country.
