El Fasher, Dec.12(SUNA)-Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council(TSC) Dr Al Hadi Idris met at the Guest House today a delegation from the Judiciary in the North Darfur State.
General court Judge and Supervisor of courts in North Darfur State, Judge Bura’i Mohamed Tibin said in press statements that the meeting discussed distribution of courts, setting up of prosecutions and police stations as well as giving attention to the legal department.
Judge Bura’i pointed out that the meeting also highlighted importance of role of justice organs to be in line with the security organs as dispense of justice brings security.
The general court Judge affirmed that the justice organs carry out their roles and work seriously for rule of law, explaining that the North Darfur State has been affected by war and instability.
Judge Bura’i added that the delegation briefed the TSC member on situation of justice in the North Darfur State and that Dr Idris underlined his seriousness to remove any obstacles that hinder performance of justice organs.
He expressed pleasure over visit of the TSC member Dr Al Hadi Idris and his concern with judicial work in the State.
It is worth mentioning that Judiciary delegation that met with the TSC member included representatives of the Legal Department, the Judiciary and the Public Prosecution together .
