Khartoum, Mar 27 (SUNA) – Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Dr. Jibril Ibrahim met here, today, the French Envoy for the Horn of Africa, Ambassador Frédéric Clavier in the presence of the Director of East Africa Mission.
The meeting discussed Sudan’s democratic transition and ways of the Sudanese government to reach decisions in the interest of the people and strengthen the Juba peace agreement.
The minister explained the great efforts being exerted by the Sudanese government to maintain peace and stability, expressing hope that Sudan will find all the requested assistances from the international community to realize the democratic transformation.
The French Director of East Africa Department expressed concern over the humanitarian sides and food assistances.
