The Minister of Federal Government, Buthaina Ibrahim Dinar, has affirmed Sudan return to the regional federal system of government following issuance of the constitutional decree that brought Sudan back to the regional system.
At the first meeting of the executive committee for the Conference on the System of Government in Sudan, the minister said that the tasks of the committee are represented in discussion of the levels and relations that organize the system of regional governance and the linking of its levels, the form of borders and the methods for the distribution of resources.
She indicated that a committee composed of 43 experts and specialists had been formed to prepare papers on the form of government in Sudan and to discuss issues and problems of the borders, the levels and form of government and the division of resources.
