Al Damazin, Jan.19(SUNA)-Governor of the Blue Nile Region, Ahmed Al Omda Badai has emphasized his support and concern with issues of youths.
He disclosed that the Juba Peace Agreement underlines strengthening of role of women and a youth, stressing that the youth will have big role in the reconstruction and development .
Badai called for employing the youth energies for interest of the community and opening to the peripheral areas.
This came when the governor met today with the Secretary-General of the Higher Council for Youth and Sport, Dawood Idris Dawood who was accompanied by a delegation for the Blue Nile Youth Network
The Governor of the Blue Nile was informed during the meeting on objectives of the meeting and its projects which were implemented during the past period as well as its future projects.
Dawood said in a statement to SUNA renewed keenness of the Higher Council for Youth on sponsoring the youth associations , disclosing that the Council’ s plan for the year 2022 incorporated the pioneering role of youth and ways and means of development of work of youth.
He added that the Council has given issues of youth who returned from displacement refuge camps as well as ways of integrated them in the community top priority.
