Khartoum, July 7 (SUNA) – The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk, Wednesday received in his office a delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan, led by the Charge d’Affaires at the embassy. Kau Ngak Mabar.
At the meeting, Dr. Hamdouk said that the current time is considered the best time to transform the slogan “One people in two states” into a practical reality that is practiced and implemented and implemented on the ground.
Dr. Hamdouk said that the belt of integration – one of the five development belts – between the two countries is a belt of richness for Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan and would strengthen the strategic relations between the two countries, explaining that the dream of the African continent can be made by the two countries of Sudan as pivotal parties in achieving this goal.
The meeting discussed ways for enhancing means of cooperation between Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan in various fields.
On its part, the delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan in Khartoum praised the work and efforts undertaken by the Prime Minister and the transitional government, noting that this work brings an indirect benefit to the people of the Republic of South Sudan.
