Justice Ministry: Doing Justice for Dismissed Employees is Important

The Committee for Cases of the arbitrarily Dismissed Civil Service Employees Wednesday held a meeting at the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and member of the committee, Siham Osman, said in a press statement that the committee has observed obstinacy of some bodies in implementing the decisions of the Council of Ministers through recommendations of the Committee for Cases of the arbitrarily Dismissed Civil Service Employees.

She said that justice for the arbitrarily dismissed employees is one of the important objectives of the transitional period that are stipulated in the Constitutional Document.

She stated that the obstinacy of some bodies in implementing the decisions on return of the arbitrarily dismissed employees amounts to violation of law and the administrative decisions issued by the Council of Ministers.
