Khartoum, Sept. 29 (SUNA)-Darfur Region Governor Meni Arko Manawi presented today his condolences to Sudanese people on the martyrdom of the General Intelligence Security (GIS) officers during a raid targeted a terrorist cell in South Khartoum.
In a tweet on his Twitter account, Manawi said May Allah Almighty gives his mercy to the martyrs and for their families’ patience and solace.
Manawi stressed the importance of opening a transparent investigation on this tragic incident, adding that all circumstances leading to this criminal act must be unveiled.
