Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk returned, here Friday, evening concluding a two-day official visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Cabinet Affairs Minister, Engineer, Khaled Omar, in an arrival press statements, described the visit which followed a visit to Saudi Arabia, as successful.
The minister pointed out that the two visits come in the context of the cooperation and integration with the neighboring countries.
He said the visit to Cairo discussed a number of files of mutual concern including supplying Sudan with240 Megawatt of electricity and reviewing the electricity networking in the future.
He indicated that the two countries affirmed the joint cooperation in the field of Red Sea security and exchange of visits of the businessmen and investors in the two countries.
The minister said the viewpoints of the two countries are identical concerning the unilateral filling and operation of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
