Khartoum June 6 (SUNA) – Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Member Raja Nicola has affirmed importance of activating all anti- racial discrimination laws stipulated in all international agreements, including the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination which was ratified by Sudan.
This came when Nicola received today at her office in the Republican Palace a delegation of Sudanese Solidarity Organization against Racial Discrimination.
.Nicola stressed the importance of organizing workshops and conferences mainly on means of activating laws and briefing people on basic rights of freedoms stipulated in the constitution.Member of the delegation Jamana Al-Tigani on her part explained in a press statement that the meeting discussed means of activating laws which aimed at eliminating all forms of racial discrimination.
