Khartoum, May 22 (SUNA) – The Information Department of the Public Prosecution has issued a statement explaining that the acting Attorney General, Mubarak Osman Mahmoud, issued Saturday, after assuming his duties, three orders on establishment of prosecutions, which are the Prosecution of Martyrs and Violations, the Prosecution of Empowerment Dismantling and Recovery of Public Money, and a third order by which the two offices of Anti-Corruption and Public Money Prosecution were merged under one name (Anti-Corruption and Public Money Prosecution).
The statement stated that the three prosecutions will start their duties immediately.
