Khartoum, Sep. 4 (SUNA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has affirmed Sudan full commitment to the principles of good neighborliness and non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.
In a press statement it issued on Saturday, the ministry called on the Ethiopian government to stop its hostile attitude in dealing with Sudan and denounced the allegations of the Ethiopian army on entry of an armed group through the Sudanese border to attack an Ethiopian facility.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also pointed out that the Ethiopian government has repeatedly managed to involve the name of Sudan whenever its internal situation worsens, calling on the Ethiopian government to stop the method of hostility in the dealing with Sudan, which it has been accustomed to over the past period, and also to stop repeating allegations that are not supported by reality or logic against Sudan in order to achieve the interests and aims of specific personalities and groups.
The ministry stressed that Sudan is imposing control on all its territories and borders with neighboring Ethiopia which are internationally recognized, warning that Sudan will not allow the exploitation of its lands by any side, and that it has no intention to invade or to seize the land of others.
