El Fasher, Jan.24(SUNA)-Wali of Northj Darfur Nimir Mohamed Abdel Rahman has welcomed the communal 8initiative introduced by Sultan Ahmed Hussein Ayoub Ali Dinar on renunciation of hate and violence and contributing in supporting stability and social fabric as well as the peaceful co-existence among all social components of Darfur region.
Nimir said in press statements following meeting with Sultan Ahmed Dinar who arrived in El Fasher leading a high-level delegation that his Government welcomes all initiatives that aim to realize the aspired social peace , stressing that his State government is endeavoring to bring the social peace into reality.
He pointed out that the visit of Sultan Ahmed Dinar was on time, calling on all for reaching a zero-hate , violence and racism, expressing hope that the Initiative would cover the whole region.
Sultan Dinar , for his part, said that his visit to the State came with the purpose of launching a major initiative for renouncing violence and hate speech with participation of native administrations , Sufi sects and civil society organizations
He indicated that the initiative includes various societal activities that would take place in the different parts of the State , hoping that the Initiative would contribute to building of sustainable peace and unification of rank of people of Darfur .
