Khartoum, Oct 10 (SUNA) – Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Prof. Sddig Tawer met, Today, at his office, a delegation of the Steering Committee of the National Human Rights Commission in the presence of Darfur Lawyers Commission, Together for Humanity Organization and the Sudan Democratic Institute.
The delegation Chairman, Dr. Refaat Al-Amin said in press statement that the meeting reviewed a number of issues concerning the human rights with special emphasis on criminal reform, situation of prisoners and those who received death sentence.
The meeting stressed the necessity for reconsideration of some legislations necessary for the citizens in South Sudan.
