Khartoum, 2 (SUNA) – The Acting Attorney General, Maulana Mubarak Mahmoud Osman, affirmed that the right of staging processions and peaceful demonstrations is guaranteed under the Constitutional Document.
He indicated that the Public Prosecution assigned (20) public prosecutors of high levels to protect the procession of justice scheduled for. Tomorrow Thursday, June 3, 2021.
In a press briefing held by the Public Prosecution office, the Attorney General revealed today, Wednesday, the process of the procedures for a number of martyrs’ lawsuits.
The Attorney General indicated that a committee was formed regarding the issue of the anniversary of the sit-in, and that the committee had made great strides in terms of receiving the accused, interrogating them, mapping the scene of the accident, and using criminal evidence.
