Khartoum, July 25 (SUNA)- Central Khartoum Court, which is headed by Hon. Justice Zuhair Babiker Abdel-Razik, starts tomorrow (Monday) trial of killers of Martyr student Mahgoub Al-Taj Mahjoub.
The case has been referred to the court with Information No. 5411 for the year 2019 under Articles 130 (premeditated murder), 186 (crimes against humanity) and 21 (criminal complicity).
It is to be noted that Martyr Mahjoub, 20, who had been a student at Faculty of Medicine, Al-Razi University, Khartoum, was killed when some officers and personnel of the security organ detained and assaulted him during a raid to the university campus and assaulting its students on January 24, 2019.
