Khartoum, June 8 (SUNA) – The Troika countries (US,UK, and Norway) and IGAD signed at the Friendship Hall here today Juba Agreement on Peace in Sudan as witnesses and guarantors, in the presence of First Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo and Prime Minister Dr. Abdallah Hamdouk. The agreement was signed by representatives of the Troika countries, while the Executive Director of IGAD signed for the organization. The signing ceremony was attended by members of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, ministers, envoys of the Troika countries to Sudan, representatives of the diplomatic missions accredited to Sudan and UN agencies.
