Khartoum, Dec.14(SUNA)-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council(TSC) Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al Burhan has commended the considerable role being played by the native administration in maintaining peace and societal security.
He reaffirmed, during meeting at the Republican Palace today with Messaryia Nazarat (chieftains) in West Kordofan State , importance of convocation of inclusive consultative conference in the State to discuss the people’s issues and their solutions with aim of achieving peace, stability and development in West Kordofan.
The Secretary-General of Messaryia chieftains Amir Bashir Ugail Godalla said the delegation briefed the TSC President on overall service situations representing in areas of education. Health, roads and petroleum and necessity of recruitment of the sons of the State in federal and state posts, pointing out that the TSC President pledged to direct the concerned organs to find urgent solutions to such challenges.
He added that the meeting, which he described as important and fruitful, looked into the border problems and interconnection between the North and South Sudan at areas of Miram, Abyei, Hijlij and Lagaua, noting that the President of the TSC has pledged to remove all challenges and problems facing the West Kordofan State.
