USAID reviews democratic transition in Blue Nile

Damazine, May 23 (SUNA) – The Acting Wali (Governor) of the Blue Nile State, Jamal Abdel Hadi reviewed, at his office, Sunday, with the delegation of the USAID and the US Agency for International Development the organization’s projects and the arrangements for supporting democratic transition in the state.
The Acting Governor lauded the US stances and its contributions to maintain peace and stability in the country, calling on the partners to back up the isues of the refugees and the returnees.
The US delegation expressed concern over supporting the state, affirming the USAID support to the joint work during the coming period.
