Khartoum, Dec. 15 (SUNA) – Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Yousif Jad-Karim, received in his office at the Republican Palace a delegation of Habaniya tribe in Sherkaila area, North Kordofan State, and discussed the situation and issues of the area regarding the security aspect that hinders the movement of farmers and herdsmen in their tracks, as well as the resulting displacement to the Sherkaila area from the neighboring areas.
In a press statement, the Emir of Habaniya tribe in Khartoum State, Al-Tigani Mohamed, affirmed his tribe’s keenness to boost the peaceful co-existence between all the components in Kordofan region.
